Polyester-spandex nap fabric 545 is a stretch knitted fabric made of polyester fiber (polyester) and spandex. Its core characteristics are high elasticity, soft touch, and warmth retention. The fabric adopts a polyester base material and spandex interwoven structure, and forms a surface fluff layer through a post-processing napping process, giving the fabric a unique touch and function.

Polyester fiber provides high strength and wear resistance, and spandex gives the fabric lateral and longitudinal elasticity, ensuring free movement without restraint when wearing. The napping process mechanically or chemically peels off the fiber surface to form short fluff of 0.1-0.3 mm, which not only improves the softness of the fabric but also forms an insulation layer by storing air through the fluff layer, significantly enhancing the warmth retention performance. After the ceramic napping treatment, the fluff of the fabric is short, fine, and firm, and remains stable in shape after multiple washings, and has anti-pilling and anti-static properties.
